Trico Centre for Family Wellness is a family friendly fitness and recreation centre. Great membership and drop-in rates. Huge fitness centre and indoor running track. Warm water wavepool, 316′ indoor waterside, beachfront entry, swimming lessons. Arenas for ice rentals, drop-in shinny and leisure skate, learn to skate. Childcare. Registered children’s programs: sports, gymnastics, dance, art, martial arts, daycamps.

Trico Centre for Family Wellness is a recreation centre with a huge fitness centre with running track, an aquatics facility with wavepool, waterslide, hot tub, and steam rooms, two arenas, and a full-size gymnasium. We also offer quality childcare and an out-of-school-care program.

Located in south Calgary across from Southcentre Mall, Trico Centre offers recreation opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. We are a community-run, non-profit charitable organization. We would love for you to drop by and see what we have to offer.

With a daily admission or a monthly pass, you can take part in drop-in activities like swimming, working out in the fitness centre, more than 70 weekly adult fitness classes, drop-in children’s activities, drop-in gymnasium activities like pickleball and badminton, drop-in shinny, stick & puck, and leisure skating in our (year-round ice) arenas. We also offer registered programs for all ages including parent and tot, preschool, youth, adult, and older adults. For children and youth, there are dance, gymnastics, sports, creative, swimming lessons, skating lessons, and creative classes. There are also registered classes for adult and older adults.
