Les Bouts d’Choux is an independent, non-profit, non-denominational, volunteer parent/guardian run cooperative program located in École Frère Antoine School in south east Edmonton, Alberta. Our program welcomes 3, 4, and 5 year old children to our French immersion preschool.

Established in 1982.

Our school started in 1982, when parents came together to create l’Association Prématernelle les Bouts d’Choux. Les Bouts d’Choux started out by having classes in the basement of a local church and eventually, we moved to Ecole Frère Antoine School, where we are still located today! We have changed classrooms a few times but chose to remain in a school where the majority of our students chose to continue their French immersion schooling. We are lucky to be a part of such a supportive educational environment!
