Counselling Psychology began my career in therapy in 2006. I branched out to attain certificates in Personal Training plus Nutrition and Wellness Specialist through CanFitPro in 2007. In 2015 I completed training with Dr. Martha Beck at MBI Life Coaching Institute. I added Clinical Hypnotherapy through Marisa Peer’s RTT to my practice in 2017. I complete a minimum of 40 Continuing Professional Development hours each year, which include learning hypnotherapy and healing practices from many different thought schools.
